Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Akarestate. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate information and verify a WhatsApp number to use the app. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Agents and developers must complete identity verification before publishing listings.

Listings & content

  • You may only post properties you are authorized to market, with accurate details, pricing, and location.
  • Prohibited: false or misleading listings, duplicates, fraud, spam, scraping, or anything unlawful or infringing.
  • You grant us a licence to host and display your content on the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Marketplace role

Akarestate is a listings and discovery platform that connects users with agents and developers. We are not a party to any transaction, do not act as a broker, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of any user. Do your own due diligence before entering any agreement.

Fees, paid plans & payments

Browsing, searching, saving and sending inquiries are free, and every account may publish a free allowance of listings. Paid listing packsare optional and let you keep more listings live and boosted. The current packs, what each includes and its price in Egyptian pounds (EGP) are shown on our pricing page and again before you pay.

  • Prepaid periods, no auto-renewal. A pack is a prepaid period of 30 days that starts when we activate it. It does not renew by itself; you buy each period yourself. Renewing before the current period ends adds the new period after it, so no paid days are lost.
  • Payment methods.You may pay by bank transfer or InstaPay, quoting the renewal code shown on your billing page and uploading the receipt, or by card or mobile wallet through our licensed payment service provider where that option is offered. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure page; Akarestate never receives or stores your full card number.
  • Activation. A payment is reviewed and matched to your account before the pack takes effect, usually within a few hours. We may reject a payment we cannot match or verify (for example an unreadable receipt or a mismatched amount); you will see the reason on your billing page and may resubmit proof.
  • Prices. Prices are quoted and charged in EGP and are the final amount payable. If value-added tax becomes applicable, it will be shown before you pay. We may change prices for future periods; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  • What a pack does. A pack raises the number of listings your account may keep published at one time and grants one boost per paid listing for the period. Boosts affect the visibility of a listing only; they are not an endorsement of it. Unused slots and boosts expire with the period and have no cash value.
  • Expiry and grace. When a period ends you keep full access for a 7-day grace period. After that, listings above the free allowance are unpublished (never deleted); you choose which ones stay live, and the rest can be republished when you buy a new pack.
  • Refunds. Activated periods are not refundable. Payments that have not yet been activated can be corrected or refunded in full. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
  • Suspension. If we suspend or terminate an account for fraud, misleading listings or another breach of these terms, any remaining paid period is forfeited without refund.
  • Where to buy. Packs are sold on our website only. Our mobile apps do not sell them.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Akarestate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any dealings with other users.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
